On Thursday, May 14, 2026, the Faculty of Dentistry at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University organized a conference titled "Radiation Protection in Dental Practice" in the Faculty Conference Hall. Associate Professor Dr. Kaan Gökçe ATAÇ, from the Department of Radiology, Internal Medicine Division, Faculty of Medicine, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, was the speaker. The interactive program covered radiation safety in dental practice, radiation protection methods, and important considerations in clinical applications. Students and academic staff attended the event, which was followed with great interest. At the end of the conference, Associate Professor Dr. Kaan Gökçe ATAÇ was presented with a certificate of appreciation by the Faculty's Vice Dean, Dr. Çiğdem ŞEKER, for his contributions.
