Associate Professor Dr. Orhan Çiçek, from the Department of Orthodontics at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN) Faculty of Dentistry, has achieved a significant success in the international scientific community. Dr. Çiçek was awarded two important international prizes within the scope of the “Editor of Distinction Awards 2026” given by Springer Nature, one of the world's most prestigious academic publishing houses.
In this context, Dr. Çiçek received the “Editorial Contribution Award” and the “Author Service Award” for his editorial work in BMC Oral Health and Scientific Reports, journals with high impact factors at the international level.
